Today we said goodbye to our P7 boys and girls who have reached the end of their educational road with us at Killowen PS. They have had a wonderful week and created many memories which they can bring with them to their new schools. We also bade farewell to our longstanding governor Mr. Tony McCusker. He has been associated with our school for many years and we thank him for his service.
Lastly, we said good bye to the wonderful Mrs Órla Murphy, the school Principal. Her tireless work for the children and school community has been inspirational. We wish you a long and healthy retirement Órla and we will never forget what you have brought to the school. Mr Murtagh has some big shoes to fill as your replacement.
