Today we were very lucky to have had a visit from Anne at Trócaire. She explained that water is such a vital resource and whilst we might take it for granted, there are those around the world that aren’t so lucky. We learned how children walk for miles each day carrying water on their heads. Some of us even had a go. It was very hard. We are all going to make an effort to do some chores at home so we can earn some money to put in the Trócaire box, to help those less well off than us.
