This week marks Children's Mental Health Week and Killowen PS have taken this opportunity to think about and discuss ways to keep our minds and hearts healthy, just as we do for our bodies!
We had a special assembly on Positive Thinking and the Importance of Being Ourselves, and we've been trying out some grounding and mindfulness activities!
