We have been embracing Halloween in Primary 2/3 and it has crept into our classwork! Before the Halloween we were investigating measures and predicting how many cups of our witches brew it would take to fill our potion bottles. There was lots of discussion about how important it was to fill our cups 'right up' and questions about how to write down that it took 'a bit' extra or a cup 'and a half'! How clever are we?!
It was messy, memorable and GREAT fun!
