We were so lucky to have Patrice one of our parents come into school today to show every child how to make a St. Brigid's Cross. We also took the time today to learn all about Brigid and the miracle of her cloak. As part of our work on the 'Scoil Spreagtha' initiative, which aims to bring Irish to the children of English language schools, we sang a song about Brigid in Irish and in English. We hope you will enjoy all of the wonderful St. Brigid's crosses that will be sent home today.
