NSPCC remind us about Speaking Out to Stay Safe
14th Sep 2018
Following our Silly Sock fundraiser, Sylvia and Carmel from the NSPCC visited Killowen PS to deliver the Speak Out and Stay Safe programme.
The younger children enjoyed meeting Buddy and thinking about the people they can talk to about their worries, whilst the older children enjoyed a hands-on workshop focussing on what makes them happy and what doesn't and what they can do if worries start to weigh them down.
Many thanks to the ladies for a super workshop!
