Over the last few weeks in Science Club, our brilliant, young scientists became volcano experts! They worked together to create their own volcano models, decorating them with amazing detail and imagination. Once the volcanoes were ready, it was time for some real science fun — the neutralisation experiment! With vinegar and bicarbonate of soda at the ready, the children watched in amazement as their volcanoes bubbled and fizzed just like a real eruption.
It was messy, exciting and full of learning — just the way science should be!
