Recently our school was tasked with the job of producing an image of St. Patrick to act as a back drop to a talk on St. Patrick being given in Rostrevor. Our wonderful work was also proudly displayed in The Star Of The Sea Church, where the whole community were able to see it! We would like to thank the Tom Dunn Society for asking us to be a part of this wonderful celebration. We would also like to pay tribute to the wonderful parents, friends of Killowen and of course the fantastic children who all worked tirelessly to produce this fantastic image of our Patron Saint. Every child in our school produced a section of this art and when we look at in our school hall we can remember that in our little school, we consistently produce great things. Our fabulous children can also be heard singing in both English and Irish as part of our celebrations and we owe Mrs Evans a huge thank you for adding to our St. Patrick’s celebrations. 💙💛
