P4/5 attended a superb "Arabic culture" event organised by the British Council as part of our "world faiths" topic. You can see from the pictures that pupils had a fabulous time learning some Arabic language and writing, tasting food and trying out artwork as well as learning how the Dark Ages were also the Golden Ages when you consider the impact of inventions from the Arabic world.
A wonderful time was had by all.
